Adhoc Support
If you recognise you have a problem but are not quite sure what you need to do to fix it then that’s is where we can help, we can assess your management team’s ability or the ability of the staff.
We usually find problems come from either a poor process or poor management of a good process – whatever it is we can get you back on track with daily actions and measures to take. It’s amazing how just a couple of days with an expert can put you back on track with some clear directions.
Regular Support
Whilst a short burst of support may be enough some of our clients prefer to have a solid level of support for a number of months to get them started on the improvements necessary but also get them to the point where they are on track and improvements have momentum.
Some of our clients like to know they have support for a fixed number of days per month. That way we take on some of the responsibility to drive the actions forward – we quickly become part of your management team without you paying the full salary for someone with our level of expertise.
